Hope you had a good day off yesterday to recover from Tuesday’s Leg Assault of 5 Set Cycles. Your legs might still be sore.. but that means your doing it right
Now it’s time to pair up your Back and Triceps and shred them up with some more Supersets I’m sure you have started to get the hang of. The key is to do the first exercise and then right after jump onto the next one, with very little or no break in-between to keep your heart rate in the prime fat burring zone. After that “Superset” take a couple minutes to gain your strength back then get right back to the next Superset.
You’ll start to get in a rhythm no doubt, so toss on your sickest workout playlist and lets get started!
Warmup: 2 Set T-Bar Rows (35%/70% Start Weight – 10 Reps) and Arm Circles with 5lb Plate
*No Break Between Exercises In Superset.
*2 Minutes Break Between Each Superset.
Cycle #1 (3 Supersets – 12/10/8 Reps)
(0:35) T-Bar Row / (1:34) One Arm Overhead Extension
Cycle #2 (3 Supersets – 12/10/8 Reps)
(2:30) Alt. One Arm Pulldown / (3:57) Elastic Kickback
Cycle #3 (3 Supersets – To Failure)
(5:11) Cable Back Extension / (6:06) Narrow Bosa Pushup
Cardio: 15 Mins Elliptical Without using handles
Stretch: All Muscle Groups Top to Bottom, hold for 10 deep breaths
I know it’s tempting to skip the cardio and stretch at the end of the workout since you have probably already gotten a pretty solid sweat on, not to mention your swollen like you just had a damn allergic reaction.
But burring through those 15 minutes will only help you reach your goals that much quicker, and the stretch is wicked to help speed up recovery and keep your muscles limber while you build them bigger and bigger each week.
