Warmup: 2 Set Incline DB Press (35%/70% Start Weight – 10 Reps) and Arm Circles with 5lb Plate

 

(0:38) #1 – Incline DB Press (4 Sets – 12/10/8/6 Reps)
(2:41) #2 – Multi-Angle Cable Flys (4 Sets – 12/10/8/6 Reps)
(4:24) #3 – Standing Front Raise (3 Supersets – Reps To Failure)
(5:32) – Body Weight Dips

 

Cardio: 15 Mins Uphill Walking @ 2.5 Min Up/Down Speed Intervals
Stretch: All Muscle Groups Top to Bottom, hold for 10 deep breaths
